1. General Policy
At DMA Aesthetics Training Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training, products, and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Online Training

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for online courses may only be requested before the course start date. Once the course has started or access to materials has been provided, refunds are not available.

Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience technical issues preventing access to course materials, contact us immediately. We may offer a partial refund, credit, or rescheduling at our discretion.

Non-Transferable: Course enrollment cannot be transferred to another person unless explicitly approved by DMA Aesthetics Training Academy.
3. Online Shop Products

Defective or Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence and will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind are not available, but exchanges or store credit may be offered depending on the product’s condition.

Return Shipping: Customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. In-Clinic Services
